Loo La La
Loo La La is an Utah-based brand created to solve a very real (and messy) potty-training challenge for young boys. The Otter Topper product helps prevent spills and splashes, making life easier for parents and caregivers. The goal was to build a brand that felt approachable, trustworthy, and playful, resonating with caretakers while keeping the tone lighthearted and relatable. I led the creation of the full brand ecosystem, including packaging, website, social media, package inserts, and corporate brand guidelines.
Currently selling 100–125 units per month, our growth strategy focuses on TikTok Shop and paid social, using humorous, parent-relatable ads targeted to caregivers of young boys. We developed three distinct ad concepts to test and optimize performance, using data from social platforms, web analytics, and Amazon and Walmart sales to guide decisions. Our goal is to increase monthly sales by 40%, leveraging iterative testing, platform-specific content, and performance-driven creative.
